I have the Samsung N110 from Amazon earlier than expected. Free Shipping for your computer and 2 GB of RAM. The price was the best one out there (from a trusted source.) I love this little machine. E 'resonably fast - the faster than I expected, and the keyboard is very comfortable - not at all complete for my fat fingers! He offered to the hard drive into two partitions, which I do not agree. With the 160GB hard drive, I need more space than I do. The D: drive is used as a backup and restore for drive C:. I loaded Mapsource, Skype, and MS Office 2007 on the machine and it works wonderfully. (I have shared the DVD on my desktop and mapped the netbook to do it, you could simply download the software without buying a separate USB DVD.)
Total is the best buy I've made in a computer - most "bang for the buck" with the child. I carry it with me to Europe in about 10 days and I look forward also to e-mail and browse the web to make the trip. E 'is the perfect size for travel and the battery is really incredible - I have not run down for 8 hours, still had more to give! Highly recommended!
