I ordered this laptop to back up an old man and his memory limit desktop Compaq. Well, this is garbage. Has "170GB" available, but in reality is not able to handle that amount of memory, what with all the junk pre-programmed into it.
I have had to escape from this thing and damaged hard drive, which does not have the funds to close quickly. Not much, not even the beginning!
To be frank, I hate here. It has all the disadvantages that PC users only love: freeze-up, signal loss, low vision, and can not cope with Carbonite because it will freeze up and down, as will not (and can not be right, but it is.) space used to manage what I have backed up!
I regret having bought this thing. If it were possible I would like to MINUS *****!

I have my new N120 for 4 days and now I had never been so impressed by a PC. I am a Mac user and have always avoided bringing PCs to their tendency to crash, slow, and only a year or so run. The N120 has changed my mind!

I love this netbook! It is light, easy to carry, attractive, and runs like a dream! I had all the netbooks on the day before the appointment and the Samsung seemed to be exploring the area appreciated by all.

Since I am in my netbook in May, had completely crashed twice. I returned to the company (at my expense) for repair. They kept it for more than three weeks. Every time I phoned to check, no one could tell me anything and was never a supervisor available. This is a cool little netbook for a young kid. My son loves it and I have to make him put it down. I give it a high rating with the exception of the parental controls. Sinces its Windows XP and IE 7 the controls are limited so I am using a trial version of NetNanny.

Other than that I would highly recommend the product but parents need to be a little computer savvy to setup.

I love this netbook! It is light, easy to carry, attractive and runs like a dream! I studied all the netbooks available day to order the Samsung range and seemed to be appreciated by all.

The first time I started I began to settle, removing the McAfee antivirus and installed Avast, disable the annoying beeps and sounds of all the PC and installed the Safari Web browser, which works perfectly with the N120 and improves web - browsing experience.

I spent several weeks reading these reviews and others, and watched many videos on Youtube and others in terms of what I meant. I was stuck between the 1005's Asus, Samsung 310 and Samsung 120. Asus is a bit 'less, has good reviews and I liked the way it should, rather than the Atom N280 N270. And I looked at the 310, because I have heard that N280 … but it is not. In the end I opted for the Samsung 120 because of its design and appearance, good reviews … and I like what a YouTube video said … Samsung actually makes each point unit itself.

I wanted a netbook for use as a writer. I discovered that I am not disciplined enough to prevent web-surfing, when you sit on your computer … and is ideal to keep next to me in the living room or dining table.

There are already hundreds of reviews that have been written about this netbook, so I do not need to say too much. But let me just say that I was very happy in the next few months that I owned.
Battery life is good as the manufacturer. You'll easily hit about 9 hours, until you have nothing connected to it (for example, when I have my broadband card plugged in, it will reduce the battery life of up to something like 7 hours).
Of course, you need to get an external DVD / CD player, but I found that there was a big disadvantage.
I would recommend to pick up a card 2 gigs of RAM. I did the right thing when I ordered it. It brings results in accordance with at least the last laptop I had (and without the endless headaches of owning a Dell!).
The compact keyboard can be uncomfortable for some, but I do not think it makes a big difference at all. Some of Asus' "Seashell" netbooks are the larger keyboard / screen, but the disadvantage that the size is slightly larger than a shortened life of the battery. For my purposes, this only works perfectly.
I did not hesitate to get a second EEE PC in the future.
